ENGAGED!!!!

Its official we are getting married October 16th!!! :)

Brannon came all the way to Australia to pop the question!!!!

The second day after he had arrived, we headed down to Palm Cove Beach after I got out of class...

He read me this book (we always buy each other children's books) and inside he had written sweet, sweet things:)

Then he walked me over to a bunch of little round mirrors that spelled out "I Love You" and said... okay you have to find your ring it is under one of these mirrors. I don't think I have ever moved so fast! haha
When I found the box I am pretty sure I was jumping around like a rabbit! He got down on one knee and I kept interrupting his speech with... YES! YES! YES! haha

AHHHHH!!!!!! I love my ring:)

My baby doing a celebration dance!!!

Oh and don't worry we found this sign after we got engaged... we could have gotten eaten... and I said "good thing a gator didn't eat my ring!!!"

So excited and so grateful that I found Brannon. I could not have dreamed up a man more wonderful than him. He is everything that I have ever wanted and more. I cant wait to call it forever.

Stagecoach!

Saturday we jumped in the truck picked up some of my new favorite gals... Becky and Sarah and headed over to Indio, CA.
What is in Indio you ask, well one of the largest and might I add best outdoor two day country music festivals!

Day 1: We arrived, got ready and headed down to the famous Polo fields to see... Darius Rucker, Little Big Town, Reba, and Brad Paisley!

They estimated that there were 75,000 people there!!! Amazing!

Me and my favorite boy.

Day 2: Slept in, purchased some blue jeans and blankets (it was chillier than we thought it would be) ate, and headed down to see Kenny.

We decided to skip the full day festivities and catch up on our sleep. And let me tell you about the amazing luck that we had that night...

1. We came 5 hours late and got the first parking spot in the lot... avoiding hours of waiting after the concert.
2. Brannon and I realized that we had used our Sunday tickets for Saturday and we were every worried that we would not be able to get in. When we got to the gates, the ticket scanner was not working, so we got in without a hitch!
3. We shimmied our way into a great spot on the lawn and snuggled up in our fuzzy blankets and rocked out to Kenny:)

The blessed parking spot. I don't Brannon could have been more excited.

"Never wanted nothin' more!"

I think we danced the whole night!

Churrrrrrooooos! Our power bars for the night!

What a great night and a wonderful trip:)

flutterflies....

Brannon and I headed down to the DBG to check out the Butterfly exhibit... and we loved it.
First some kind lady bought us lemonade's and water for letting her stand behind us in line...??? I know right, but she insisted.
Then it was off to the atrium to check out all the flying beauties!

Brannon makes such a cute caterpillar!

Me:)

Brannon trying to be a branch, hoping that a butterfly will land on him.

There were so so many butterflies in the atrium.

"You my boyfriend."

Highlight was when one of these landed on my shoulder I was so excited! haha

bunny boyfriend.

So there I was minding my own business doing my job folding clothing at Jcrew, on the Saturday before Easter... and in jumped this bunny!

At first I just figured it was the mall bunny... then I saw Brad his roommate with the video camera and that's when I turned into a "glazed donut" HAHA!

video

Love this Video of Brannon shuffle hopping! I know, he is absolutely positively the BEST!

My favorite part was when one of my fellow co- workers said... "Can I ask you a question... does he do this for a living?" haha I laughed soooo hard and had to explain that under that bunny suit was a sensible dentist:)

My bunny brought me this cute pink basket filled with all sorts of goodies and even a GPS... he knows how much I get lost!

Cave Girl.

My brother and his wife Stefanie are in town so we all decided to head down to the Kartchner Caverns in Tuscon.

We had to walk through a series of large metal doors and then be misted down before we could enter.

It is amazing to think that the 2 guys that discovered the caves kept it a secret for over 15 years. I would have told everyone!

After talking with my family I was glad to know that I was not the only one with the extreme urge to touch one of the stalagmites.

Last Spring Break.

Since I am a Senior and will be graduating this coming December, I decided I better live it up for my last spring break.

And that is exactly what we did.

I booked the house. Bought the food. And drove down to Santo Tomas (a family favorite).

Simply put it was four days of bliss.

What did we not do...

So maybe we went a little crazy at Costco...

My Dad insisted on driving his Prius so, on the ride home I got to sit on my Moms lap. Amazing!

The Casa, It was nice to be back, just as beautiful as I remembered.

Not sure why almost every night turned into talent shows but it made for some good videos.

Brad's kite crashed into the gals. haha!

We decided to add to the bottle collection... notice our diet coke can. :)

Jill sporting a piece of the pinata that we destroyed.

One of my favorite nights! Karen and I went to town on the pinata.

My Gals and I after a long day in the sun.

Jill taught the crew yoga on the beach.

We definitely did not starve. Good eats every night.

Brannon helping me prepare to launch my kite. 2 others failed so I resorted to "a kite that I got out of a Cheerios box", as Brannon called it.

Kite flying. I was so so soooooo excited.

Andria eating some grilled pineapple.

Bon fire and Shilo serenaded us.

Snuggle session/ game of truth. My favorite question was from Brannon, "When was the last time that you picked your nose and where did you put it?"

Glow in the dark golf. Amazing!

Who knew that Karen was a tattoo artist...

Soaking up the sun with Brando:)

I'm pretty sure I laughed the whole trip, Brannon= comedian and boyfriend all rolled into one.

Little day time golf with the custom painted driver.

Brannon and I built this masterpiece.

Brad and Brannon getting ready to use there underwater gadgets and gizmo's.

Just one of the many beautiful sunsets.

Models.

We played quite a few games of wiffle ball. I held a 7 up can during most of the games.

The Crew. What a great trip it was. Good people and good fun.

D Backs.

Brannon, his Mom and step Dad and I all went out to the D backs exhibition game.

I had not been to the ball park in years, and was impressed with all it has to offer. We had a great night and even got to experience First Fridays on the way home.
